We collect and process the following personal data when you use the volunteer form: Name, date of birth, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, other voluntary information.
This data is collected for the following purposes: administration of registration for volunteer work, communication in connection with volunteer work and ensuring participation and coordination of activities.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is our overriding legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which consists in achieving the above-mentioned purposes. The processing of the volunteers' data is necessary in particular so that we can coordinate the volunteer work and so that we can contact the volunteers. Furthermore, the processing of data may be necessary and therefore lawful on the basis of the need to fulfill legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
We will not retain your data for longer than is necessary to
- to fulfill the contractual obligations and/or
- to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. the tax law retention obligation applicable in Austria pursuant to § 132 para. 1 BAO and the company law retention obligation pursuant to §§ 190, 212 UGB: 7 years), which requires processing under the law of the Union or the Member States to which we are subject, and/or

The website in question is currently operated by currycom communication partners GmbH as an external service provider for and on behalf of Equestrian Events GmbH. The data provided will be passed on by currycom communication partners GmbH to Equestrian Events GmbH to process the volunteer activity or to achieve the stated purposes and will be processed by Equestrian Events GmbH in accordance with this privacy policy. Neither currycom communication partners GmbH nor Equestrian Events GmbH will pass on the data provided without your consent. The processing of the data is necessary to fulfill the contract with you regarding your participation in the volunteer work.
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
By completing the volunteer form and sending your e-mail, you consent to the processing of your data.
1.2 Other collection and possible processing of data of persons visiting the website

8. Server-Log-Files
